Fraser MacLeod, chef de cuisine, 529 Wellington

Fraser is a true veteran of WOW! Starting at Green Gates, Fraser was moved to WOW!'s flagship property, 529 Wellington, as the opening sous-chef. Now almost 10 years later, Fraser has taken over the helm at 529, where he and his crew turn out the freshest seafood and highest-quality Canada Prime Beef on the market.
